• Discovery calls & sessions: You may reschedule with at least [24 hours] notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.
• Group programs: Start dates, session times, and capacity are as listed on the relevant offer page or welcome materials.
• Make-ups: We may provide recordings or alternatives at our discretion when feasible, but we are not obligated to offer make-up sessions.

7) Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Fees: Prices are listed on the Site or checkout page and may be subject to applicable taxes. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
• Installments/Subscriptions: If you select a plan, you agree to timely payments according to the schedule shown at checkout.
• Refunds: Unless the specific offer page states otherwise, all fees are [non-refundable]. If an explicit guarantee or cancellation window is offered for a program, the exact terms on that offer page control.
• Chargebacks: You agree to contact us first to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

We may remove or suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the Services–texts, videos, audio, graphics, course materials, methods, and trademarks–are owned by RJE or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your personal, non-commercial use during the program term.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

If you submit questions, feedback, or testimonials ("User Content"), you grant RJE a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services.

Testimonials & Social Proof. With your consent, we may feature your testimonial, first name/initials, and role (e.g., "Founder," "Singer"). You can withdraw consent at any time by sending us a message through our contact page.

11) Session Recordings

From time to time, we may record sessions for educational quality and for participants who cannot attend live. We will notify you in advance and obtain consent where required by law. Do not share recordings outside the enrolled cohort or without written permission.

We may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (e.g., scheduling, video conferencing, payments). These are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. California residents can exercise CPRA rights–including "Do Not Sell/Share"–as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJE and our directors, officers, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the greater of [the fees you paid to RJE for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months prior to the event] or [USD $100].

17) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Placer County, California, for any dispute not subject to arbitration (if applicable).

Optional Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (customize or remove): Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by [JAMS/AAA] under its rules. You and RJE agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. 19) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, government actions, wars, epidemics, outages, or network failures.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
